Warranty Information

At Server Mart Enterprise (Reg. No.: P20008207), we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. All items purchased from our store are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.

1. Warranty Coverage


  • Products are covered under the original manufacturer’s limited warranty.
  • Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
  • All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty coverage duration varies by product and brand (typically 1 to 5 years).
  • The warranty process may take up to 3 months, depending on product type and manufacturer response.
  • No temporary replacement units will be provided while your product is undergoing warranty assessment or service.

2. What's Not Covered


The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical impact, liquid ingress, or electrical surges.
  • Products modified, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorised parties.
  • Cosmetic damage, or general wear and tear.
  • Software-related issues or data loss.

3. Warranty Claim Process


To file a warranty claim:


  • Contact us through our warranty support help desk.
  • Provide the product serial number. If the product does not have a serial number, provide the invoice number instead.
  • Describe the issue clearly.
  • We will assist with the claim process and liaise with the manufacturer as needed.​

Note: Warranty claims are for repair or replacement only. Refunds are not provided under warranty claim.

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy


If your product does not function upon first use, it may be classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA).


To report a DOA case:


  • Notify us via our warranty support help desk within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Provide the product serial number (or invoice number if no serial) and a clear description of the issue.
  • Attach photos or videos if possible to support the claim.
  • Upon verification, we will offer a immediate replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability and approval.


We may also treat a product as DOA if:


  • It malfunctions critically within the first 3 months of purchase,
  • It was used under normal operating conditions, and
  • The issue is not caused by misuse, tampering, or external damage.​

5. End-of-Life (EOL) and Out-of-Stock Products


If a product is deemed eligible for replacement under DOA or warranty, but is:


  • Discontinued (EOL) or
  • Out of stock at the time of replacement,


We will:


  • Offer a similar or equivalent product, subject to availability.
  • If the replacement item has a higher value, you may be asked to top up the price difference.


If no suitable replacement is available, we will only consider a refund if the product qualifies as a verified DOA case

Refunds are not provided for warranty returns on long-used products.
