1. Definition of Pre-Order
A “Pre-Order” refers to an order placed for a product that is not currently in stock and will be procured or reserved after the pre-order period closes.
By placing a Pre-Order, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
50% deposit or Full payment is required to confirm a Pre-Order.
Sea freight, import duty and AITI import permit fee are included in the listed price of the product.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received and verified.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
3. Estimated Availability & Delivery Timeline
Pre-Order items are expected to arrive within approximately two (2) months from the official closing date of the pre-order period, not from the individual payment date.
The pre-order closing date will be communicated on the product page or sales announcement.
As Pre-Orders are consolidated and submitted to suppliers in batches, processing, production, and shipping will only commence after the pre-order period ends.
The stated timeline is an estimate only and may be affected by factors such as:
- Manufacturer production schedules
- Supplier allocation and availability
- International shipping or freight delays
- Customs clearance procedures
If the Pre-Order item has not arrived within three (3) months from the official closing date of the pre-order period, the Customer may request a full refund of all amounts paid. Upon approval, the refund will be processed.
4. Order Modification or Cancellation
- Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as products are specially procured.
- Order modifications may be requested while the pre-order period is still on-going, but all such requests are subject to the Company’s approval.
- Once the pre-order period has ended, strictly no order modification will be allowed under any circumstances.
5. Availability & Supplier Fulfilment
- Placing a Pre-Order does not guarantee product availability.
- All Pre-Orders are subject to final availability and allocation confirmation by the distributor or manufacturer.
If the product is unavailable, discontinued, or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the Company will notify the Customer and issue a full refund of all amounts paid.
No additional compensation, replacement, or liability shall arise from such non-availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, data, revenue, or profits.
