We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Server Mart Enterprise. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales of IT solutions, including NAS systems, computer servers, surveillance system, networking equipment, and ERP business solutions.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Server Mart’s products and services to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring excellent after-sales support.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions (NAS, networking, servers, ERP solution & etc.).
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Passionate with ICT. Willing to Learn.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess own transport.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, or servers is preferred (training will be provided).
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
